About the event
In partnership with Lakeside Shopping Centre, to mark the 2nd anniversary of the EGO-FREE Run Club, we are joining forces with Lakeside Shopping Centre to offer supported 3K and 5K runs in the heart of Thurrock.
That's what EGO-FREE has always been about: a welcoming space where every pace, age and ability belongs. And thanks to our collaboration with Lakeside Shopping Centre, we're bringing that spirit right into the local community, creating a space where Thurrock and the surrounding area can come together, get moving and grow a running community that's here to stay.
Whether you're a seasoned runner, a beginner or someone who's been thinking about starting, this is your chance to be part of something that's building right on your doorstep.
